Carefully selected grapes from various locations in Oregon to create the most comprehensive representation of the region. Separate temperature-controlled fermentation on stainless steel. The wine then undergoes blending and further matures in a mix of 20% new French oak and 80% flavor-neutral barrels for 10 months.
