Pale gold colour. Good intensity on the nose, mix of ripe fruit, toasted and mineral nuances. Very appealing, the wine possesses a natural balance that highlight the clean and ripe fruit. Soft texture and lovely finish.
To pair with salmon, foie gras or light cheese.
