Predominantly limestone with sedimentary rock composed of chalk, marl and limestone.

vinification

Assembly of red wine from the Champagne area, and Chardonnay. Dosage of 9 g/l. It is a cuvée to drink now and enjoy its aromas of fruit and its finesse.
