Soft, subdued nose with aromas of pear, apple and a hint of lime. Also of character rather what reserved. No pronounced fruity taste but very balanced and round style. Pleasant long aftertaste.

Semi-Continental climate. Due to the protection of the Vosges, a microclimate with less rain prevails in Alsace than elsewhere in the region. Dry, cold winters and warm summers.

vinification

100% Pinot Blanc. Hand-picked grapes. Temperature controlled fermentation on stainless steel after which short ripening and bottling.
