- climate
-
The vineyards, located along the Vardar River in the Skopje wine region, extend over hills at a minimum of 300 meters above sea level, with a southern slope. The surrounding mountains create an excellent microclimate. Mountain air currents circulating in this area effectively reduce summer evening temperatures and keep the ground warm in winter. Additionally, in Skopje, you experience fewer Mediterranean influences but rather a continental climate.
- soil

The vineyards vary from poor soils with limestone, clay, and slate to more alluvial soils with more pebbles closer to the river.

After harvesting, the juice remains in contact with the skins for several hours until a bright rosé color is achieved. Cold fermentation is employed to maintain optimal freshness. The wine then rests for six months in stainless steel tanks under the protection of carbon dioxide.
