Brilliant, transparent red color. Expressive and lush nose of fresh red fruit blended with hints of peach and nectarine. A touch of mint enhances its refreshing character and emphasizes its mineral qualities. Raspberries, red berries, and blackcurrant dominate the flavor with no presence of tannins. Easy-drinking.
Delicious with tapas and other Mediterranean snacks. Be sure to try it with Asian cuisine or with an Indian Curry.

Languedoc: Warm summers with many hours of sunshine and mild winters with regular precipitation. The influence of the Mediterranean Sea and the different winds regularize and determine the climate. Due to the higher vineyards it cools down significantly at night, which stimulates the aromas.

A little-known technique that, in contrast to a classic fermentation (and just like with red grapes), allows the white grapes to ferment completely. The contact with the skin creates a darker and orange color, which is also called the 4th color. This is not a rosé or wood-aged color!
