Thomas Collogne represents the seventh generation of a winemaking family and is the proud owner of Domaine Colonat in Morgon, located in Beaujolais. With a rich history as a renowned estate, Domaine Colonat has established itself over the years as one of the leading names in the region. However, in 2017, Thomas decided to forge his own path alongside managing the family estate and founded a new winery. This allowed him to fully express his personal vision and ideas.

With his new estate, Thomas aims to produce high-end wines in limited quantities that are created in complete harmony with nature. The vineyards are managed organically, meaning that external influences are kept to a minimum. The focus is on natural processes: sulfites are used minimally, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, and aging occurs in traditional amphorae. This meticulous process results in wines known for their fruity freshness, playful structure, and exceptional purity.

Furthermore, Thomas Collogne’s wines are presented in beautifully designed bottles that reflect the unique identity and philosophy of the estate. The winery is named "Naturabilis," which in Latin means "In harmony with nature," a name that perfectly encapsulates the core of Thomas' philosophy.
